This is def worth the read…. The times where I was at my ‘goal weight” were characterized by healthy eating.

If you….
a)work out a lot and eat poorly: try cutting back on exercise (temporarily) and dedicating the time you would have spent at the gym on meal planning and cooking. Once you get the swing of it, slowly start increasing your exercise again

b) Eat clean and don’t work out: start w weight training 2x a week, then add one day of cardio. Keep up your clean eats :)

c)Eat bad and don’t work out: Um. Pick one and start there ;)
