I’ll never forget a sermon I heard about seeds of faith.

Sometimes you don’t need a brand-new life—you just need your spirit to feel clean again, like you can breathe without the weight of yesterday.

But losing you has shown me that my heart is beautiful, and I can choose where I go, who I love from this moment forward.

There’s a specific kind of exhaustion that comes from doing everything “right” and still not seeing the breakthrough. If your heart is whispering, Please let this make sense soon, this prayer is a handhold for the next step.

In the discomfort is where we find who we are, where we grow, where we become better and more resilient versions of ourselves.

Waiting can feel like a spiritual test you didn’t sign up for—especially when you’re doing your best and nothing is moving.

No longer will I settle for being half-loved.

This year, I’m letting go of people, of things, of feelings, of thoughts that aren’t mine to keep. That aren’t bringing me hope. That aren’t pushing me to be a better person or inspiring me to stand after I’ve fallen down.

Someone, someday will be proud of all that you are and have overcome.
